After a brain injury erases the last eight years of Dr. Amy Larsen's life, she must navigate an unfamiliar world where she has no recollection of patients she's treated, colleagues she's crossed, the soulmate she divorced, the man she now loves or the tragedy that caused her to push everyone away. She can rely only on her estranged 17-year-old daughter, whom she remembers as a 9-year-old, and a handful of devoted friends, as she struggles to continue practicing medicine, despite having lost nearly a decade of knowledge and experience.

amanda w Okay, but not special Rated 3.5 out of 5 stars 01/20/25 Full Review Fred N OK, someone wanted a new premise for a hospital show. But this is ludicrous. Days after traumatic brain injury and surgery, she's wandering around interfering with medical treatment. Even forgetting (pun intended) the implausible amnesia (which I'm sure the writers think will have great plot opportunities), she would certainly be getting counseling and rehab. There would be days of learning about what happened in her life and the world, not to mention all the TV shows she missed. What multi-milliondollar executive green-lit this nonsense?
